Request deletion of your Taleb account and data

Taleb is operated by Sendebad AB. You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings, then "Delete account" at the bottom, then confirm): you are signed out at once, the account is frozen, and it is deleted with its data 30 days later; an email names the date, and signing in again before then keeps the account. You can also request deletion by email after uninstalling the app or if you cannot sign in.

Email [email protected] from the email linked to your Taleb account with the subject “Taleb account and data deletion request”. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you no longer have access to that email, explain this to support. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send a password or verification code.

The request covers your account and associated sign-in and profile information, answers, exam results, study progress, favorites, notes, download history, and support reports.

We fulfill requests to delete the account and associated data within 30 days after verifying account ownership. Protected backups may retain earlier copies for up to 30 additional days after deletion. Backups are not used to operate the account; if a backup is restored, deletion requests are reapplied before service resumes. Deletion-request correspondence is removed within 30 days after completion.

The email link opens a draft; you must send the email to submit your request. Opening this page does not delete data. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting Google does not delete your Taleb account.
