The Taleb app and website are operated by Sendebad AB, a company registered in Sweden. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Taleb is a question bank for studying and revision, organised by school year and subject. Baccalaureate content (scientific and literary tracks) is available today; other years and subjects may be added or changed over time. The content is a study aid and does not guarantee any exam result.

Your account

Each student has one account in their own name. Give correct details and keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens from your account. An account works on one device at a time; signing in on another device signs the first one out.

If you are under 18, use the app with your parent or guardian's knowledge. Accounts may not be created for children under 13.

Acceptable use

The app is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, photograph, distribute or publish the content, extract it automatically, share or sell your account, or try to bypass content protection or interfere with the app or its servers.

Intellectual property

The questions, explanations, images and the app's design are owned by or licensed to Sendebad AB. Using the app gives you the right to view the content inside the app only; it transfers no ownership.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it may pause for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change content or features or discontinue parts of the service. Content downloaded for offline use stays available while your account exists.

Ending the account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; it is frozen for 30 days and then permanently deleted. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damage or for lost study results, and our liability for any damage is limited to what the law requires. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies in your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Sweden, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published in the app and on the website with its date, and we tell you inside the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
